How do I place an order?

You can contact us by file upload, email, or by booking a consultation appointment. We will review the files and discuss the next steps before production.

Do you recommend a test print?

Yes. A test print is recommended for many projects and is billed separately. It helps confirm how the image translates to the chosen paper and finish.

What file checks are included?

We include basic file preflight, plus image resolution and crop checks. The review is limited to the agreed scope and does not cover spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy.

How long does production take?

Production time is usually three to six business days after files, materials, and quantities are confirmed. Availability and studio capacity can affect the final schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and bank transfer. Collection is arranged through the studio in Hong Kong.
